What we collect
When you call, the phone system can log your number, the time and length of the call, and anything you say about the problem and your address. Calls may be recorded.
When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and the pages requested.
How a call is handled
Calls are answered by a dispatch line and routed through a call-handling and tracking service to a plumber serving your area. That service is how a call reaches the right person and how call volume is counted.
Because the plumber has to help you, they receive your number and the details you gave about the job.
Who can see the information you give us
Information is shared with the plumber handling your call, and with the providers that run the phone line and host the site. It may also be disclosed where the law requires.
This policy does not cover the plumber's own handling of your information once they are working for you. Ask them directly.
Cookies, Google fonts and the Google map on this site
The pages of this site set no cookies of their own. Some pages load fonts from Google, and the contact, areas and home pages show a Google map.
When those load, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own policy.
Children
This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Asking what is held about you or having it deleted
No retention period is promised on this page. To ask what is held about you, or to ask for it to be deleted, email [email protected] with the phone number or email address involved.
